RECIV combines energy tech and fintech to simplify energy investments/funding for the public through its project matchmaking. As an EaaS (energy-as-a-service) investment marketplace, RECIV allows everyone to profit directly from renewable energy projects by connecting energy developers and investors.
To gain seed funding, educate investors about their product, and use language to create trust with potential partners (users), the two main goals of this project involved 1) researching, revising, and testing their public website and 2) researching and creating wireframes for a future mobile app. Several UX writers were across the project; however, my responsibilities catered to stakeholder interview research and content strategy.
I contributed to the creation of a comprehensive style guide for the company, which served as the basis for the redesign of the website and development of wireframes for mobile apps.
As an early-stage start-up, RECIV's website was only used to demonstrate the product to venture capitalists. Through collaboration with the UX Writing Hub Academy, existing content was transformed into an identifiable brand, along with envisioning future resources.
